Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kiwied. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Kiwied only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the app you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly at support@kiwied.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account and associated data at any time in the app: Settings → Delete account.

You keep ownership of the photos, meals, workouts, captions, and other content you create or upload (“Your Content”). To operate the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, to resize images or generate share cards), and display Your Content for the purpose of providing the service - including generating the share cards you choose to export and post elsewhere.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for reasonable backup copies that age out of our systems.

You agree to use Kiwied lawfully and respectfully. Among other things, you agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; not to misuse the app to promote disordered eating or other dangerous behavior; not to impersonate others; and not to abuse, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Kiwied helps you log and share food and activity. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Calorie and macro figures are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Kiwied for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your diet, training, or any health condition. If you have or are at risk of an eating disorder, please seek professional support.

When you log a meal by text or photo, or create a share card, your content is processed by third-party AI providers to estimate nutrition or enhance images, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI output can be wrong or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or sharing it.

Some features may be offered as a paid subscription in the future. If you purchase a subscription through the App Store, payment is charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Any applicable pricing and renewal terms will be shown to you at the point of purchase.

The Kiwied name, logo, app, and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding except as needed to use the app normally (for example, the Kiwied mark we add to share cards).

You may stop using Kiwied and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licenses for already-shared content, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Kiwied is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Continuing to use Kiwied after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
